This is the best location with excellent customer service. I see them running all the time to make service fast. They surprise me my orders prepred when I enter the restaurant. they need appreciation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

Issue was with drive thru courtesy and communication. I drove through drive thru and made an order for a medium triple triple (around 9:20-25 a.m. Today). Simple order, and I know they heard me as they repeated the order back to me and confirmed that was only item I'm ordering. I drove up to the window. They didn't repeat back the order, just passed out the terminal for payment without any greeting/word. Fine, I paid with scan and pay. They then tried to pass me some cold drink and sandwich; I told them that's not my order. The person by the window quickly asks around inside if I made such a order, and I guess no one punched it in cause I then getting a comment saying I must've jumped in line without making an order. I told them I did and the person on the speaker acknowledged it. Didn't accept it, and made comments about how I didn't go through the correct process, how I caused them to trigger a refund and how because of me, I'm causing a backup and timing to go up. If they made a mistake, fine I can wait to get it corrected, no big deal, it happens. There was no need to make such comments and berate the customer. I could've protested and waited at the window till they checked their cameras. This Tim Hortons is generally slow and the coffee orders most of the time taste bleh; even the coffee I got today ended up being burnt. But this was the worst experience I've ever had at Tim Hortons, soured my day. Avoid if you can. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
