It was morning shift and my workmate wanted to start our day with freshly made coffee so we made a list not to forget before going to Tim Hortons. As I was approaching the cashier prepared my list and show it to the girl, but she asked me to read it for her and i Complied,unfortunately when she gave me my order,it was not complete so i told her and said I even read it for you with a calm voice. Instead of apologizing,she gave me an attitude and told me I am rude and disrespectful?? I don’t see any rudeness in there,but then she never stop talking and yelling,she was very Mad for that alone??? Her name was Helena and found out she was the manager,? A manager should be the model for good customer service but i do not see any on this girl,i wonder why the owner is not doing anything regarding this kind of attitude and to think she is not giving good reputation to the business. Reading all the reviews for this rude girl, i hope there is a good reason to give her a lesson. I also worked in customer service and definitely this kind of attitude cannot or never be tolerated. For coffee lovers like me, do not ever do business with this rude lady Helena at this location. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Ariane did a great job serving me exactly what I ordered. I had a very specific coffee order, and she made sure I received exactly what I asked for. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Helena, the unhappy woman, provided very poor service today. I ordered three extra-large drinks, and she seemed unhappy with the order and was rude because of the size. She was mumbling to herself, and when I asked if there was an issue, she responded disrespectfully and walked away from the counter into the storage area. It was very unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
