Hi Team, I consistently have to wait 15 minutes or more for my order (a simple vanilla latte), and this is not a one-time issue it happens often. I usually end up asking the staff multiple times while watching many customers got their drinks and leave. Today was the worst. I waited 30 minutes for a vanilla latte. I tried to politely get the attention of the manager (the tall gentleman) and the staff next to him, but they ignored me and didn’t even look at me while I was raising my hand and asking sincerely, it’s seems like I’m the air in their eyes. As a long-time customer of Tim Hortons, I don’t believe I deserve to be treated this way. I’ve never experienced this at any other Tim Hortons location except the GBC one. Is it too much to expect quick and efficient service for a simple coffee, like at other locations? Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This location reminded me why I hate Tim Hortons. Absolutely terrible service. Ordered two drinks, waited up to ten minutes with nothing. I ended up leaving without my drinks because I couldn’t be bothered to deal with the staff. There’s always so much staff not making drinks or orders. I don’t understand. Time to start my Tim’s boycott again
