Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding an interaction I had at your restaurant today at approximately 2:50 p.m. While placing my order, I requested a bagel that was double toasted with cream cheese and butter. There was some discussion regarding the order and how the cream cheese was charged. I would like to emphasize that my concern is not about the charge itself, as I understand mistakes can happen and the issue was minor. What disturbed me was the behavior of the employee who served me, whose name I understand is Nasia or Nadya. After our interaction, the employee left the register area and, in front of customers and her manager, stated that I regularly come in and “bother” her. This statement was completely untrue and very upsetting. I have never intentionally caused problems for any employee. More concerning was her comment that she knew where I worked and that she was going to “come to my workplace and do the same thing” to me. As a customer, I found this comment inappropriate, unprofessional, and intimidating. I was shocked to hear such a statement made publicly in front of others. I would also like to clarify that this was not said as a joke or in passing. The employee actually came to my workplace with her husband and created a disturbance. Their behavior caused unnecessary chaos, and they were ultimately asked to leave the premises. This incident was extremely upsetting and made me feel intimidated and unsafe. I believe this crossed a serious professional boundary and should be thoroughly investigated. I believe all customers and employees should be treated with mutual respect. I am submitting this complaint because I feel this behavior falls below the standard of professionalism I expect from Tim Hortons staff. They were incredibly skilled at their jobs, and I was very impressed with their speed and quality of products.
