Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons location inside Cloverdale Mall. The staff members (Anab and Gloria) were rude, impatient, and clearly irritated while serving customers. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that it can be a busy environment, but basic respect and professionalism should always be maintained. This was not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
