I just visited today, Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I was standing at the front counter waiting to place my order for several minutes. There were two employees working behind the counter, but neither of them acknowledged me or even asked me to wait. Another customer came up behind me, and we both ended up leaving without ordering because we were completely ignored. Customer service starts with simply acknowledging customers, and unfortunately that didn’t happen here. I hope the management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience. Service: 1
