Got a grilled cheese here and it didn’t even come fully grilled, cheese in the middle wasn’t melted. When I brought to the managers attention they got defensive and said “that’s how we do things here” not even a second of hospitality and didn’t initially try to make the situation better. I had to let them know I’ve had many of these sandwiches to know it wasn’t done right. After they made a scene, they proceeded to grill the same one I gave them. when I got it back there wasn’t an apology or anything all they said was “next time ask for it double grilled” when I’ve never had to do that, and who’s says that? And to top it off, the sandwich just stuck to the bag when they handed it back to me SMH Worst experience at a Tim’s. AND THERES BUGS/WASPS FLYING AROUND IN THE DONUT AND COOKIES DISPLAY PLEASE BEWARE. I tried to bring it to their attention and all I got was a “ok”. Not a care in the world from these people. The only good tims now I’ve seen are downtown Toronto or the one off of Kingston and Liverpool in Pickering. Other then that tim hortans has fallin off. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

A solid Tim Hortons, especially compared with other locations. It’s a smaller store with limited parking, but being right on the corner by the LRT stop makes it extremely convenient for transit customers. I also tried the new Harry Potter donuts and the new caramel Timbits are easily the best Timbits! Convenient location, good selection, and a great spot to grab a quick coffee and treat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Paid parking lot Parking: 6 spots with 1 handicap
