Well I don’t really know where to start. I took my family to the store in Tusket, NS as the power was out all over the place on April 30 2026.We arrived there around 7:40 pm. My son ordered then my wife and I ordered , we received our order around 8:05 pm as it was busy because of most of Yarmouth and surrounding areas was with out power. Just then 2 big power trucks pulled up and the wet cold crew came in to get warm and have a bite to eat, so this is now around 8:10pm the one working the counter took the three orders just then a worker from the kitchen came yelling out WE DON’T SERVE FOOD AFTER 8:00. so instead of just making the three orders and saying no more after this, they refunded the men and sent them on their way. As a customer and not even knowing these men I gave them my pizza so at least they had something warm to eat . How can you operate a business like that you’re open until 10:00 and you stop serving food at 8:00 I don’t think I will ever return to any Tim Hortons if this is their standard of service. I will drive a little bit farther to Carleton to ROBIN’S DONUTS where I’m sure I’ll be appreciated . As well as telling others why I switched when they ask. Very disappointed in the “customer service “ Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
