Very disappointing experience. I ordered the "Habanero Veggie Loaded Bowl", and the rice was stale, sticky, and clearly not fresh. It was inedible. I also ordered two coffees and asked for a coffee tray, but the staff said they didn't have any. This isn't the first time this has happened—I've experienced the same issue at the downtown Tim Hortons as well. At this point, it feels like they're intentionally avoiding providing coffee trays to save money. How is a customer supposed to safely carry two coffees without a tray? By the time I reached my destination, one of the coffees had spilled. Proper packaging is a basic expectation, not a luxury. To make matters worse, on a previous visit I ordered a bowl and was given it without a lid—they simply wrapped it in shrink wrap instead. That is not an acceptable way to package hot food. I've had poor experiences at both this location and the downtown Tim Hortons. The food quality, packaging, and customer service all need significant improvement. Hire more people. Have a manager or supervisor at location. Hire teenagers, anything! I go in here ever morning. I switched from the Fort St location, as they made me late for work on too many occasions. In Vancouver they make two lines, one for coffee/drink orders, one for food. So people arent being made late for work! This location now is the same, 4 people behind the counter, im at the till but its takes 10 mins to come take my order. Their priority is clearly the take out orders. I don’t know if they are slow, if they need more supervision, if they need to hire more people?! I work in customer service and we always prioritize attending to the customer who is waiting. They dont even say “ill be right with you mam” or “sorry for the wait” just ignore you. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to Tim Hortons 1410 Blanchard. A team member named Hailey worked so hard on our huge food order of 20 items plus Tim bits with great care and effort.
