I visited the drive-thru around 7:40 a.m. and ordered a small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold, didn’t taste fresh, and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. When I called the store to let them know, the staff member was argumentative instead of listening to my concern. I was already at work and couldn’t drive back just to prove the coffee wasn’t fresh or have it replaced. Customers should be treated with respect and their concerns taken seriously. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing. I hope the store improves both the freshness of its coffee and its customer service. I mean reviews aren’t not wrong i visited around 10:30am ordered plenty of food especially my wrap had special instructions EGGS FARMERS WRAP NO CHIPOTLE SUBSTITUTE WITH CREAMY BARBQ guess what everything was messed wrap had a sausage petty that i can’t eat wrap wasn’t even grilled once it was just the way it is and no sauce at all lol seriously? How come every thing i said came as opposite? Idk either order taker young boy couldn’t hear me right or sandwich person messed it up i waited long to get food but was very disappointed screen wasn’t working otherwise i would have read if order taker heard me right. I could not go back as i am a truck driver and always short on time i started and saw all of this on my way towards Calgary there was no going back with Semi truck. Management needs to provide enough training imagine ruining someone’s breakfast plus ordered a jelopino bagel double toasted with double butter look what they gave me pathetic service couldn’t post wrap picture cause as soon as i saw that sausage patty I garbage it Food: 1

I just simply do not stop here anymore. Been there a dozen times and ONCE had my order correct. Drinks wrong, things missing, wrong type of donuts, wrong type of sandwiches, etc. When it comes to getting what you ordered, this is without question the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Moosomin is bad for screwing up your order, but Virden is 5x worse. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
