The standard of this tims is degrading day by day. No employee knows how to make coffee. Do the managers and supervisor know how to train them? Do they know they need to keep the pots clean for the coffee to have the best taste, or do they not use water softener? Do they know how to make coffee? My order was taken by a woman who was wearing large earrings and I could not taste dark roast , in-fact it tasted so burnt, so I asked are you sure that is dark roast. Instead of just confirming that it is dark roast or not, she gave a face full of attitude. These are the employees that are being recruited. What is the point? I don't recommend this Tims at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been coming to this Tim Hortons every Friday through Sunday afternoon for the past couple of months, and I can't say enough good things about the afternoon team. A special shoutout to Aman and the entire crew for consistently providing outstanding customer service. What really impressed me was that after only two weeks, they already knew my regular order. That level of attention and care made me feel like a valued customer, and it's something you don't see very often. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely goes out of their way to help. If something isn't available, they're quick to suggest other options and make sure I leave happy. It's clear they take pride in creating a positive experience for every customer. The entire afternoon crew consistently provides some of the best customer service I've experienced. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile don't go unnoticed.
