One of the worst Tim in waterloo. Poor management and arrogant staff with a vision not to serve customers. They think they are the only Tim in town and argue with customers with no respect. I get extra hot steep tea from all other Tim Hortons except this in Ontario but the staff and manager says they can’t serve it. Also, they served me wrong food from what I ordered many times. They should improve and i don’t recommend this Tim at all. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered an iced capp, a cold brew, two farmers wraps, and a chicken bacon Cesar wrap. Instead, we were given three farmers wraps and two iced capps. When We brought this to the employee's attention, he started acting like it was an inconvenience and giving us attitude. Then they only fixed the cold brew, giving it to us without the extra add-ons that we PAID. for. Not to mention, we ordered the two farmers wraps without sauce. ALL OF THEM HAD SAUCE. If you don't like redoing orders, MAKE THEM AT LEAST SOMEWHAT CORRECT. We didn't even have time to get them to properly fix the order, as my boyfriend and I had school. Never coming back. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My team and I frequent this location often and with good reason. In the past year of coming here I have experienced near flawless accuracy with my orders (~95% which is unheard of in other places) and I have had nothing but friendly, professional and prompt service from each shift that works there. All of this is greatly appreciated for someone working shift work. Being in the military I have been to Timmies locations from coast to coast and I have to say, this is one of the best locations I have been to. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
