I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. The employee who was at drive through window made my coffee incorrectly, which can happen, at least we all humans. but what was really frustrating was their attitude when I pointed it out. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake politely, they acted dismissive and gave me attitude. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes—it's about how you handle them. A simple apology and a respectful response would have made all the difference. I hope management provides additional customer service training so future customers are treated with more respect. Specially to those employees who they don’t know about it. This happened between 3:00-3:30 pm. Service: 1

I normally don’t write reviews, even when I have a bad experience somewhere, but lately my visits to this Tim Hortons have been really frustrating. There’s an employee young 16-18 year old girl with black hair who has given me attitude multiple times. I notice it both over the drive-thru speaker and again when I get to the window, the tone and facial expressions just feel rude and unwelcoming. On one visit, when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I saw her taking cigarettes from someone right there at the window. And they sit there and just chat while I just wanted to get a coffee before work. That honestly shocked me and made me question the professionalism of what’s going on. It didn’t feel like a normal coffee shop experience at all. I also stayed parked outside with some friends for a bit and saw her coming out very often to vape it felt like every 10–20 minutes. I find it hard to believe that employees are allowed that many breaks during a shift. I used to love coming here but i dont like staff, I really think Tim Hortons could do better by getting better staff members.! Fast and friendly service. They always give out handfuls of the survey coupons and make sure my french vanilla is topped up. Emerson at the front counter is very friendly and helpful
