Stopped by the Tim Hortons on 50th with a couple friends after a long afternoon of errands, and honestly it hit the spot perfectly. The double doubles were hot and fresh, and we snagged one of the window seats which made for a cozy little hangout spot. Service was quick and genuinely friendly, which you don't always get at a drive-through chain. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Wetaskiwin.

placed an online order for Drive Through and were told they don't have our order. blamed me of picking the wrong location, different pickup date and on my phone. showed them the order confirmation from the app as well as my email. Everything was entered correctly! They still refused to give me my order and told me there is nothing they can do. When insisted of waiting until they figured it out, they threatened to call police! Horrible customer service!!! Still waiting on my money! Customer care is informed, but 1 week later, still no statement or refund! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
