Very disappointed owner would leave staff short handed on Canada Day! 30 people waiting! Stood in line 10 min then cashier said to line in front of me it would be awhile! I left as well as others. They were all working like crazy One wicket open. Surely you can do better than that! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think this Tim Hortons experience was a bit unusual. I ordered a plain croissant with peanut butter. After about five minutes, a staff member came over and explained that this location is peanut-free, so they couldn't put the peanut butter on the croissant and could only provide it on the side. I found that a little confusing since they still sell peanut butter cookies. Another issue was when I asked for a small cup. I was told I had to pay for it, which was completely fine—I was ready to pay the extra 10 cents. However, I was then told that I had to go all the way back and stand in line again just to pay for the cup. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Why at 530pm on a Thursday evening is there no counter service? Having to use kiosk to order‍ 6 staff working to serve the drive through. Didn't notice the signs to use kiosk as they were way off to the side. And no staff speaking up who walked by multiple times. Sigh......
