Service is so slow. And crowded. I asked for a Medium blackberry yuzu sparkling quencher. They don't have it. I order a Medium Ice capp with chcolate milk, just to be told there's no chocolate milk. Instead they give me the wrong lid, with chcolate syrup and a little milk. It wasn't even filled up. it looks like someone took a sip out of it. It doesn't taste good either. Just don't go to Tims period. Quality of everything is horrible. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

10:30am on a Friday and there was nothing but a couple plain and a couple everything donuts on the shelves. I asked for the scrambled egg box they said it would be about 7 minutes , asked for a maple glazed donut, 15 minutes, the donuts they had ready were a total of 5 to choose from. I was actively complaining about this to the employee right in front on the manager and she said complain to the manager then, and the woman was standing right beside her actively ignoring the conversation. How is this acceptable for Tim Hortons to be open without food to serve? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
