Time for Tea is completely unique in Prestwich. Julie is welcoming, friendly and her cooking and baking is second to none. Afternoon tea is absolutely fabulous. We recently had a Christmas Party with our Pilates Group and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Time to sit back and chat and enjoy lovely home cooked food. I would throughly recommend Julie and her wonderful tea shop. Definitely 5 stars!

Visited Julie in her unique Prestwich eatery yesterday . My pal Sharon and I , were looking for a calm and relaxing environment for a cuppa and a snack . Time for Tea fitted the bill perfectly. No loud music , or loud people , to disturb our chat , plus a great range of sweet and savoury food to suit both our tastes . And a specific vegan menu was offered . Sharon went for “workhouse” broth , and I went for Welsh Rarebit . Yumm . The teapot was massive and I was able to make a good number of cups of tea ( in my china cup and saucer ) . Sharon had a cake ( all homemade by Julie ) , I was watching my figure .. We had a lovely time getting to know Julie ; she can take a joke or two . I will be back , with or without friends , as Time for Tea is the sort of environment you can go to alone and not feel self conscious . See you soon Julie . Maybe later today .

Quite delightful. I called in when I was early for an appointment last week, so glad I did .. Julie is a lovely lady too ., Highly recommended
