I have been going to this place for over a year and picking up Silvanas for my colleagues at my office( most of them are filipinos) and the response in regards to their silvanas have been really great compared to other places . Several other people at my office also love the product. Parley, Charmaine and Leah the crew there are exceptional . I would suggest everyone try this place in Whitby. I am not a sweet tooth person but Charmaine has always offered me some samples or new products to try. As a local business in Whitby and really exceptional owners and staff, I highly recommend this place to all. They make my day everytime I go there and are wonderful owners and take make exceptional products with exceptional service service. I try and drum them as much business I can because this is a product that I have found that everyone who has tried it loves it. It is a niche product but worth every penny. Great job guys and hope people in the Durham region and other place give it a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have visited Tito Parley's four times, and every experience has been excellent. The desserts are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The quality and taste have been consistently outstanding on every visit. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide great customer service. It's clear that they take pride in what they do. Heard about this place from a coworker. Decided to drop by and check it out with my fam. The staff was super friendly, they provided samples and were eager to answer all of our questions. The deserts themselves are super high quality and probably some of the best butter cream I have ever had. If you are in the area, come check them out. Price per person: CA$80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
