Terrible service and dangerous food. I am gluten free, diary free and soy free due to allergies and intolerances. I very simply asked to remove the gluten, diary and soy items from my “Salmon Poke” bowl. I also asked for the the removal of rice. When I noticed the mistakes in my meal, I, of course, went back to the counter. The servers response was “you had too many requests”. The sheer ignorance and lack of respect is frankly disgusting. Furthermore, the carrots and edamame beans were tangy and sour and very obviously out of date. The sever was dismissive of my dietary requirements and rude when confronted. He seemed to be the manager on shift which is even more disappointing. The server was incompetent and SHOULD NOT be dealing with people’s food. Especially those with health threatening intolerances. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone that wants to customise their order attend this place. High prices and low quality. Don’t eat here!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Thank you for being honest only on the first part of your review . We told you very nicely that we are not allowed to change ingredients , that’s the business policy . If the dish meet your requirements then order it if not then don’t order it as simple as that . We can’t cook a dish you just created your self and not in our menu , that’s simply not possible. Removing gluten ingredients , soya ingredients , dairy ingredients and rice out of salmon poke and replacing them with different items it’s not possible and not acceptable . I have never seen any take away or restaurant doing this . We have tried our best to change as much as possible but unfortunately still didn’t satisfy you . Sorry .
