we went to have a meal and due to covid 19 we had to sit and wait for our turn to go up which was completely understandable. we ordered 4 adult carverys and one child and 40 mins later we was still waiting when we asked how much longer it would be we was told around another 40 mins as we complained the waitress was getting annoyed and started to raise her voice at us and then stormed off. we understand its busy times and covid is making things difficult but all was needed was to inform us on the waiting time when we entered.

Hi Leanne, i am sorry that we had delays on service this evening that affected yourself and the other guests you came with, upon entry we had been informing all of our guests of the wait times and i am extremely sorry if this had not been communicated to yourself and will speak to the team regarding the issue. I can see that between ordering and then leaving your table there was a period of 20 minutes but fully understand this can feel longer when you have been waiting. Waited over an hour for food beef was fatty and chewy but rest of meal OK also sat us at a table next to radiator which was on full blast so very hot and uncomfortable.

Hi Susan we are sorry for the delays that happened. We are currently working with the current guidelines on how our guests receive their meals. Which includes not being able to go up to collect themselves. We are also working with seating people in sections so we can keep to our rigorous cleaning regimes.
