I was here earlier this week on 4th May, and was served well by the pretty barmaid. However, whilst drinking my vodka tonic, I saw a small mouse running towards their rear area where the kitchens are located. For that reason, I don't recommend this place. I understand the main door area left open, but the landlord has to get the health and safety aspect spot on, or that is a risk to elderly and other customers who may get rodent related diseases with potential droppings on seats, tables, glasses and plates. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This place is no longer a Wetherspoons! It used to be a great place to visit, but it has declined under new management. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and the closing times seem unpredictable. They really need to update their opening times online. The Toll Gate used to be a place where people could come together and have a good time, but I will be avoiding this pub from now on. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
