Let me tell you about the food, it's like a culinary symphony with every dish dancing with flavours that’s like music to your mouth. The presentation is so stunning that I almost felt bad for taking a bite. But I did, because let's face it, I’m a monster. The sharing board is a must-try, and if you think you can pick just one snack, think again. And the Sea Bass, Venison Loin, and Martini Cheesecake - oh my! And to top it all off, the macarons, oh the macarons. They are so good that they could transport you back to your childhood, just like in the movie Ratatouille. And trust me when I say that I got Ratatouilled hard.
But let's not forget about the staff, particularly our server Ben, who did an excellent job of introducing us to the menus. His knowledge of the dishes was like that of a food encyclopedia. And he didn't stop there, he even helped us pair the perfect wines for our meals. We were made to feel like the most important people in the room (although let’s be honest, every table are made to feel this way, that’s the art of the waiter). The staff at Tom's Table couldn't make you feel more welcome if they tried.
Now let's talk about the atmosphere. It's intimate, with a personal touch that is evident everywhere you look. It's like being wrapped in a warm hug. And with all these elements combined, Tom's Table is not just one of the best restaurants in Clitheroe, but the best restaurant in Lancashire. I dare anyone to challenge that claim.
