Okay so the reviews for this place are admittedly sketchy but I hadn't had Tony Roma's in over 20 years and wanted to soak in a little childhood nostalgia so my fiance and I figured we'd brave it. Once we were seated our server, Layla, came almost immediately and got us our drink orders without delay. She was super knowledgeable and able to answer all of our menu-related questions no problem. She was pleasant but never pushy, and present but not invasive. Our food only took about fifteen minutes, and anyone who orders ribs, lobster tails, garlic green beans and mashed potatoes can't reasonably expect it to take any less than that. The food arrived promptly and still hot, the food quality was superb, and the price was very reasonable considering what it was. If you're ordering ribs and like them really saucy I might recommend requesting extra sauce though, particularly if you get the leaner original ribs. For dessert we had the peach cobbler and it was pretty heavenly. I don't really know what else to say about it. If you like hot cobbler you'll like it. Anyway, in summary. If you like ribs and lobster it's great. If you don't like that kind of food maybe go somewhere else that makes you happier? If you like it quiet, like we do, consider going a little earlier and not during peak hours. We arrived a little before five and were the only table. It had filled up by the time we finished, but it was still pleasantly quiet. Solid 9.5/10 experience and we will definitely be going back.
