The staff at Topps pizza are the nicest people and are so friendly and welcoming. They’re always happy to help and the food is always piping hot and tasty. Ordered food from the Maidstone and it didn’t arrive. Called the store and they couldn’t be less interested - the guy I spoke said there was nothing he could do as he can’t contact the driver?!?! He said he’d ’speak to his manager tomorrow to see IF they can refund. Obviously, that didn’t happen and I had to call their head office. A lady said I’d get a refund but 48hrs later and no refund. No apology either by the way, no good will gesture just a battle to reclaim my money. NEVER AGAIN!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
