To start, half the lights weren’t working, we couldn’t even see our menus. So we asked to move somewhere else where there was also dim lighting. When we moved, there were 4 members of staff sitting on the stairs/standing and were just blatantly staring at us for our whole time there. Also a girl at the door was just sitting on the side on her phone playing TikTok very loudly. It was so awkward and we felt so uncomfortable, this is so unprofessional I myself work at a restaurant and would never do this. It was a group of young boys just staring at us and acting as if they were looking at the window when there was nothing there and not a single person in the place other than us as “all the customers had just left” yeah right. The food was overcooked we ordered steaks. Again such an uncomfortable and awkward experience especially as young girls, felt like we were being perved on. Staff couldn’t even answer basic questions like when I asked what vegetables came with the steak. Ultimately, would never visit again as this is very off putting and wouldn’t visit any other Toros for that matter Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I Used to come here quite regularly and it wasn’t bad but it seems to have gone massively downhill. The quality of the food has gotten so bad and the portion sizes are tiny. The service is terrible - I called up to complain and the assistant hung up on me. When I rang back she passed the phone to another assistant with a rude comment. I would not recommend this place whatsoever Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came here for my daughter 9th birthday party. Absolutely brilliant service and outstanding food..very polite team, friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Noor who provided excellent customer service. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
