Been three times because the food is very tasty and have taken new people with me each time, however, on two occasions I’ve be confronted with quite rude staff when asking them simple questions about the menu, which really was quite surprising considering they know the menu better than me, this left a bad taste in my mouth- wont be back I’m afraid. Service is just as important as the quality of food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I go to Tortilla all over the country and the Cardiff branch is honestly one of the best. The food is always fresh, high quality, and consistently good every time I come in. You can really tell the ingredients are better than most fast-food places — especially the chicken, rice, beans, salsa, guacamole and sour cream, which all taste clean and properly prepared. It’s one of the few places where you can get something that feels both healthy and filling without sacrificing flavour. Everything is well-portioned, well-seasoned, and put together properly, so it never feels sloppy or rushed. If you want good-quality, fresh food that’s reliable and actually makes you feel good after eating, Tortilla Cardiff is a great choice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
