I got the Signature Tex-Mex Bowl, which was gluten free. A nice place to eat before/after hiking. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The food here was really bad. The burgers came out in under 5 minutes of ordering which is a bad sign. The food had no flavor and the fries tastes like they were just reheated in the fryer. Do not eat here. Like many reviews from before the food is bad. I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. The staff however is friendly. It was extremely busy and we were fortunate to get a table for 4. Our server was Chihiro and she was on point. Took care of us and kept us up to date about the food timings. The wait time for food became 45 minutes and we got a nice visit from Benji, new manager in Trappers and he was so apologetic to the wait time and was so sincere. We loved how he went around the whole place following up on every staff member from where we were sitting, we had a great view of the place. Once the food hit the table, it was amazing and worth the wait. Both Chihiro and Benji made our day and this is what hospitality is all about. We will be coming weekly now just because of how our first day went. Thank you Mad Trapper's team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
