Have been waiting a long time to visit this restaurant but the meal was not good. The haddock was so thin that the batter was more than the fish, the chips were obviously cooked earlier for a quick re fry and the mushy peas, weren't mushy, they were mashed up garden peas, they really weren't very nice. My wife couldn't eat the chips as they were over cooked, some were burnt, we complained and they took £7 off the bill. It really is a shame because the atmosphere and the setting are probably the best we've been to but if you're going to charge £18 pp, then make it a meal you want to come back for, as it stands, don't bother. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40

The perfect place to unwind and recharge for the week ahead! The Treehouse Restaurant is an absolute fairytale setting – it’s hard to believe it’s one of the largest treehouses in the world until you step inside and see the stunning woodwork and magical fairy lights. We came for the Sunday Roast, and it was pure comfort food. I had the beef, which was incredibly succulent, and my husband had the lamb – both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The giant Yorkshire puddings and crispy roast potatoes made it even better. Great food, unique atmosphere, and excellent service. The ultimate weekend reset! Highly recommend. ️.
