Dobre, ale dość drogie lody. Bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło mnie, że można było płacić tylko kartą, w Berlinie to jakiś nowy standard, przez długi czas nie było opcji wybrania się na lody bez gotówki. Dobra zmiana!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Take out Price per person: €10–20

finally found my new favorite ice cream spot! Everything is vegan and made without refined sugar, and you can truly taste the difference. The ice cream has a light, natural sweetness instead of that overpowering artificial sugary taste. It’s incredibly flavorful, refreshing, and doesn’t leave you feeling heavy afterward. Horrible security guard!! We’ve been to tribeca more times than I can count. The ice cream is always good, the service is good depending on who serves you, but never unfriendly and it’s usually a nice experience overall. However, we arrived an hour before closing and after waiting in line they closed their doors and said that they were no longer serving us because of the heat. Visibly frustrated, we were told by some ‘security guard’, in a Brazil shirt, that if we wanted ice cream so much we could go to Friedrichshain. Which is a 30 minute metro ride away and when we said that that was absurd his response was “then go cry about it.” An absolutely horrible man who I don’t believe belongs at all at a place like this. When after 10 minutes they reopened he had disappeared and the girl who served us was terrible to deal with. We were as kind as we could be and even offered some water mist and some fanning to the girl to cool her down but she couldn’t have been more miserable. If you are going to work with customers you have to be able to manage your own feelings. We have all worked with people and it is the job to maintain positivity with the customers. An unfortunate last time in Tribeca. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Matthew,we know that a lot of things went wrong that night. Really sorry you had such a bad experience. The "security guard" had nothing to do with Tribeca but the friend of one of our employees. We already took consequences. We couldnt intervene faster as we were not there personally. I would very much like to invite you and your family on an ice cream.
