The service here is really rude. You don't feel welcome at all. We stayed near the entrance and one window was open the whole time Unfortunately, it was full, so we couldn't stay away from the open window. It was freezing cold and I was shivering. I've heard lots of guests complain about the draught. I tried to put the roller blinds down, at least. But as soon as I did, the blonde service lady started dragging me away. She told me that if I tried it again, she would send me home, but I didn't understand why because I had tried to close the window the first time. It seems that guest comfort is not important here, even if you spend a lot. I wouldn't recommend doing that at all, because if you feel uncomfortable or unwell tomorrow, it won't be taken seriously. Ultimately, it was full, so we couldn't get away from the open window. It was freezing all the time and I was shivering from the cold. I have heard a lot of guests complaining about the wind. So I tried to at least put the roller blind down. But as soon as I started to do that, the blonde service lady started to drag me away and tell me off. She told me that if I tried that one more time, she would send me home (I didn't understand why, because I had tried to close the windows the first time). It seemed to me that the comfort of guests is not important here, even if you spend a lot. I would not recommend you do that at all, because even if you feel uncomfortable or sick tomorrow, it's not important here. After this terrible incident, our group of 15 people left the place.
