I recently had the pleasure of dining here and was thoroughly impressed by both the exceptional food and the outstanding service. From the first course to the dessert, every dish demonstrated skillful execution and a clear commitment to quality. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone at the table. A wonderful experience from start to finish. With the beef tartare and salmon both being clear standout dishes for us - such ingenuity and care created two plates that stuck with us both. I went for the grouse as I believe their protein/game changes from time to time, giving you the chance to try something new. This was really good, but very front on the game and could have done with another something to balance it (particularly on the crumpet, don’t know what, I’d leave that to the experts). Everything else was really good. But there is one piece of feedback which did detract meaningfully from an establishment of such calibre. The bathroom is tiny (fine) and there is one big mirror. But the one big mirror had a thick layer of brown/dirt/something on it, and in general it looked like it needed a bit of TLC. Made me feel a bit “behind the scenes”. Anyways enough about that - a must go place in London. Thank you Trinity for a lovely evening. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+
