Let me start by saying the food here is genuinely amazing. Unfortunately, the customer service is the complete opposite. The manager, Harpreet, is one of the rudest customer service representatives I have ever encountered. From the moment you begin ordering, you are met with an extremely short, snarky, and dismissive tone. It feels impossible to speak or finish an order without being abruptly cut off with a sharp “Yup, what else?” The interaction feels rushed, disrespectful, and incredibly unpleasant. It doesn’t get any better at the window. There is no greeting, no eye contact, and no basic acknowledgement as a customer. You are essentially ignored, as if your presence is an inconvenience rather than someone supporting the business. It is extremely disappointing because we genuinely love the food here. However, the level of disrespect and poor customer service we experienced is unacceptable. Because of this manager’s attitude and behavior, we will not be returning. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Triple O’s never misses it taste like nothing else. The burger was juicy, stacked right, and full of flavor. That signature sauce is next-level addictive. Fries were hot, crispy, and actually fresh. Milkshake was thick and classic. Fast, simple, and seriously satisfying. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ive never been so heartbroken, except maybe when Starbucks discontinued apple crisp frappes. Triple O's changed the pickle chips to spears and the dip changed to a much thicker mayo type dip not nearly as tasty, gonna skip em next time, but theyre not /bad/. Just a disappointing change. The garlic parm fries changed too, and theyre not nearly as good - I actually didnt really like them this time. This location was very very slow on the drive thru, and we waited over 15 minutes at the window without them even coming to take payment or tell us it would still be a while. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1
