We're very sorry to hear about your experience with the wait for your food. Waiting over 30 minutes for a portion of chips, only to then be advised of a further delay, is understandably frustrating, and we completely appreciate why you chose to leave. As a newly reopened venue, we are still refining our operations and are actively working on expanding and improving our kitchen facilities so that we can provide a more efficient service during busy and peak periods. All of our food is cooked fresh to order and prepared in the order tickets are received, but on this occasion we clearly fell short of the standard we aim to deliver. Most importantly, we should have communicated the expected wait time when you placed your order. Had we done so, you would have been able to make an informed decision rather than being left waiting and disappointed. We are reviewing our procedures with the team to ensure guests are kept informed whenever delays occur. We're also sorry to hear that tables had not been cleared promptly. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is important to us, and your comments will be shared with the team as part of our ongoing improvements. Thank you again for your feedback.
