When we arrived our table was not ready so we were told to wait by the bar, fair enough these things happen. However once seated nearly 15 minutes after arriving we were told they still needed the table back at 3pm and told us our last drinks order would be 14.45. This only allowed us 1hr 30 we pointed this out to no avail....
We then waited around 15 minutes for table service before ordering. The food was served fast but had to go back as it was inedible, the chicken Katsu was like rubber cooked in a microwave.
The drinks service was poor and each order took around 15 minutes to arrive.
At 14.40 we ordered a last drink then about 10 minutes later he came back to tell us he couldn't serve another drink and pointed out they needed the table back.
We paid cash and were waiting for change when another server come back to again say they needed the table back....we told him we were waiting for our change at which point he tossed a ten pound note on the table?
Totally baffled we left, poor service, useless staff terrible food and a total let down...
