My family and I have been going to this Turtle Jack's location for many years and now the new management here is an amazing upgrade that I am very happy to see. They are very attentive to all customers and I have also seen an improvement with the quality of food. We ordered the burger and coconut curry and it was very tasty and fresh. Samar, the manager, is doing a great job. We spoke to him and he was very friendly and customer-oriented. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I went for dinner with my family at Turtle Jack's last night and had the best food and such a great experience. The new management seems really great and are very excited in making this location even better with planned renovations. Samar, the manager, was welcoming and professional making sure my family had a great experience. We also tried items from the new summer menu which were so good. I got the boathouse burger and it was amazing. To end off the night, my family got the berry brûlée cheesecake which tasted so fresh. Looking forward to seeing the new renovations and coming back again soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

First time to Turtle Jack's Appleby location and not disappointed. Arrived at 3 for lunch. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server(didn't catch her name) was friendly and attentive. We were never rushed to order to finish our meal. She would come over regularly to ask if we needed anything and refills. There portions are large that generously feed two people with no issues. They do not have a specific lunch menu, that being said prices are alittle more pricey than other restaurants but the portions are large enough for 2 so don't need to order individual meals depending on your appetite. Ordered the beef nachos, chicken fajitas comes with all the fixings as well as rice which is not common, and side order of fries and for desert the apple crisp. fyi we asked for the chicken to be extra crispy just remind your server you don't want it burnt (extra well done) Both of us were satisfied with our meal no regrets. Will definitely be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
