Ordered from thier website.they have taken the money from my account.rang then 7 times no answer. Went to the shop and they are not even open!

I would love to have given these zero stars! My order arrived late their driver apologised, saying they were very busy. Fair enough, I thought. However, the only thing was hot was the slightly burnt pizza. The rest of my order was cold and inedible. As I ordered through a takeaway service app, I complained using their procedures. I was only requesting part of my money back. Tuscano declined offering me a refund, claiming that their driver was stuck in heavy traffic. Which I thought was odd considering the fact their driver told me they were mad busy and also the short distance, 5 mins away via car. Hmm, which excuse is it? Definitely won't be ordering from these again!
