Date/Time of Visit: May 23, 2026 around 12:15pm was first visit to USOK in Whitby. Great customer service. Met one of the owners, "Kat" very nice and personable. We had a great conversation along with 1 of my good friends. Ordered the Lumpia, BBQ Pork Skewer, Sisig combo. Everything was delicious. First time having Sisig, highly recommend getting it with garlic rice and runny egg. So flavorful. The staff taking orders and cash was also very friendly and patient. Very clean restaurant with open kitchen and multiple seating options. Will definitely return! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our search for an authentic Filipino BBQ flavor has been successful. It's wonderful when a destination proves to be worth the journey, even with a significant drive. I absolutely love this place! The staff are probably the friendliest people I’ve ever met, they actually remember your name and make you feel so welcome every time you walk in. Hands down, this is the best Filipino BBQ we’ve ever had. My son even said it’s the best chicken he’s ever eaten. We’ve been coming here at least once a week for the past 3 weeks because everything is so good. The BBQ chicken was outstanding, the lumpia was phenomenal (and I’ve been eating lumpia my whole life), the sisig was incredible, the corn is seriously addicting, and the buko pandan was delicious.
