I ordered a pizza with 4 toppings on, one of them being chicken. When i got home I realised they had forgotten the chicken and I called them to come to ask them about it, and they proceeded to lie stating there was a “different type” of chicken inside, but later came clean saying he had forgotten it and in response when I went back to the shop, they said “shame on you” and proceeded to swear. Keep in mind I would’ve been fine with a replacement that was correctly made but instead they had the audacity to reject it, making it seem like I made a mistake when it was them. I would never recommend anyone to come here again as they have done this before, but I wrongfully gave them the benefit of the doubt. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped at Uncle Kams Basildon for fish and chips, as we were passing through. Fish and chips now are generally more expensive than before but here I was surprised with the portions. They only had one size fish available and I was thinking it would probably be small ones. How wrong was I. Large portions, but very nice food! And very good value! I would definitely recommend and come back again if in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
