I went to Utsav restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday. We were 10 people between the age group of 9 yrs to 70 yrs. The owner and the management welcome us and gave me a birthday greeting as a gesture. The restaurant is newly opened. It is modern and cozy. Food is tasty and service is very good. This is a nice family friendly place.
