I visited Vietrose in Winton yesterday, and I was absolutely delighted with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant, airy, and welcoming atmosphere was evident (which you can see in the lovely interior shots, 3936.jpg and 3937.jpg). The food was nothing short of amazing, with every single dish clearly made fresh to order. You can see their dedication to authentic Vietnamese cuisine right from their detailed menu (3925.jpg) down to the bespoke table settings (3938.jpg). The Food & Drink We enjoyed some wonderfully crisp crackers (3943.jpg), beautifully fresh summer rolls (3941.jpg), and a truly brilliant Bành Mì (3942.jpg). We also tried a gorgeous, refreshing iced drink (3940.jpg). However, a massive highlight of the meal was the warm peach tea (3939.jpg). It was the absolute perfect accompaniment, truly making all the wonderful flavours of the meal come together brilliantly. A Quick Tip for Diners! The standout moment involved a bit of DIY with pancake (3944.jpg). We were provided with dry rice paper sheets to create our own rolls. A word of warning to future diners: you must be patient with these! I dipped mine in the sauce and bit into it immediately, which I can confirm is quite unpalatable as it's far too tough. You have to leave the paper to melt and soften in the moisture for about 30 seconds. If you wait, the result is completely delicious and well worth the brief pause. The service was incredibly attentive, polite, and spot on throughout. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for top-tier, fresh Vietnamese food in the Bournemouth area. Will certainly be returning!
