A friend and I were heading to Verdes for lunch as it said it was open on the website. It was our first visit and the menu looked great. Being a local it was time to try it and support businesses in the community. Got there to find it was locked up and in darkness at 1.30pm ish. Very disappointing and annoying and loss of money for them for not updating website info!! Plus the bins outside were overflowing garbage and not showing curb appeal making it inviting. The old wood pallets can be forgiven as they have only just rebuilt the outside.

Nice friendly place , not from the area but made to feel welcome , Brixton is a nice drink , Barman very helpful

Verde is a great place to go for a few drinks and for cocktails . Lovely in the Summertime to sit on the veranda outside in the sun . We’ve had my sons Birthday here whereby we had had half the venue sectioned off . And last night they hosted a ‘Masterclass cocktail evening ‘ for a friends Birthday - a great venue and friendly staff .
