What an absolutely wonderful experience at Vermilion. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality by the incredible manager, June. She was attentive, inviting, thoughtful, and made us feel truly valued throughout the entire evening. June’s hosting skills are simply brilliant — the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for. Her warm personality and attention to detail created such a lovely atmosphere and made the whole dining experience feel extra special. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to June and the whole team at Vermilion for such a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and truly outstanding hospitality. Oh lest I forget the decor is just out of this world! Absolutely Outstanding Experience! My wife treated me to a birthday dinner at Vermilion, Manchester, and it was an unforgettable evening from start to finish. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. What truly made our visit special was June, the manager. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. June kindly brought out sparklers for my birthday, took some wonderful photos for us, gave us a tour of the restaurant, and greeted us with a smile every time we saw her. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. The atmosphere, service, and hospitality were all first-class. Thank you to June and the entire team for making my birthday so special. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Vermilion to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience in Manchester! Had a really lovely experience at Vermilion. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. What made the visit even better was our waiter, Satu. He was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening, always happy to help and making sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service really added to the overall experience and made us feel genuinely looked after. We would definitely come back again, and hopefully Satu will be serving us next time too!
