Went to this restaurant a few nights ago because of the free soy sauce chicken promotion. When we got there, everything appeared to be fine and we ordered five dishes In addition to the. Each dish arrived very slow to the point where we would finish each dish before the next. After an hour and 15 minutes, the final dish still hasn’t arrived so we asked to cancel it and get the bill. They agreed and gave us the bill, but both the free chicken and the dish that we cancelled were still on it. Then to top it off, after getting the bill, they delivered the last dish that we cancelled and asked us to eat it. By that time, all the chopsticks had already been taken away. Needless to say it was not a good experience as we then had to argue to take the two dishes off of the bill and they had a really sour attitude after that. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

We been a loyal Very Fair Seafood Cuisine restaurant and the BBQ Store (To Go BBQ) for years but today we asked for two ribs (ribs best part) of the suckling pig (2 different prices) for takeout at the BBQ Store We paid for the higher rib price but did not receive any ribs. We were disappointed when we open the takeout at home. The staff would have known the difference (Suckling Pig, regular and Rib). There are many other Chinese restaurants and BBQ Stores. We are not going back to Very Fair (Unfair). We decided to try again because of the new renovations and new staff but received the same results. We ask for 2 ribs roasted pork (extra cost) but came home and notice there were no ribs. We called the store and they said “we have cameras”. But the customer’s can’t see the screen or videos. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20
