Standard Turkish place. Nice atmosphere tho. Food is bang average. One waiter also rushing us to make our decision and rolling his eyes when we ordered lol wth. Food also Tastes just like fire and meat. Not much flavor but heyho. Charcoal grill across the street absolutely smashes this place. Too expensive for what you get not worth it in my opinion. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Was a nice experience food was lovely have to say sayonly thing was had not finished the starter before they brought up the main course course so the main course was left to keep warm for 5 to 7 minutes. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £20–30

I came to the restaurant with a party of 8 for my birthday and I want to be clear, I love your restaurant and visit often. The service was so bad. I had to keep asking the staff for attention, for drinks, where my food was and even to pay the bill (which took almost an hour to pay for) My dinner took almost 2 hours to arrive and I had to chase it more than once. The waiting staff forgot some of our order, and by having to constantly chase the staff to be attended to, we just gave up and didn't bother asking for it. Further more, I was basically serving the table myself. The staff would bring over dishes and just dump them in front of me, meaning I was the one giving them out. Same with the food, drinks, cutlery. We were only given 2 bread baskets for 8 people, which considering we all ordered cold starters too, it wasn't enough and had to ask for more. We were in the restaurant for approx 3-4 hours and spent £500 and I feel really upset by the whole evening. This was meant to be a nice, celebratory meal for my big birthday and all of my friends left really upset and said they wouldn't want to go back, which is a huge shame as I said, we always come to you and usually in a big group. I submitted my concerns and nobody got back to me, this was over a month ago. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
