I'm honestly really disappointed with the whole experience!!! Having booked a table for three people a couple of days prior to arriving to attend on the day to wait just over an hour before being served. Two of us had the lasagne which was really dry and very chewy with a side portion of chips which were obviously frozen not handmade and the other meal was the smash burger which was described as tasteless with another serving of frozen chips. To our disgust a filthy dirty plastic condiments container with empty plastic bottles in was placed on our table as we sat down at our table so at least we could ask to get them filled before receiving our meals. To have paid just under £80 and not even to be approached to be asked "how was/is your meal" is quite rude and extremely disappointing! If we had been asked we would have said there and then! The saying "you get what you pay for" truly wasn't the case here at all!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £70–80

The Victoria Inn is located at the top of Borth beach, and the outside seating area commands a superb view of the Irish Sea rollers. Inside the pub could do with a blast of fresh air and refreshed decor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and drinks prices very good. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £1–10
