Used to use this takeaway years ago before moving away so decided to pop in and try it out special fried rice just a lump of stoggy rice with only 2 small prawns 2 slice chicken and 2 slice pork no taste and poor also plain chow main again very bland no sauce chicken and pork in honey garlic sauce this used to be amazing now taste horrible small pieces of chicken in batter used to be chicken slices lumps of pork used to be slices bbq pork and the sauce no taste of garlic or honey this takeaway has went downhill big time and afraid won't be back very disappointed the lady who served was very polite but looked cold as there was no heating in the place for her Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I ordered the chicken fried rice was dry & the portion size for price was small big lump of fried rice with half a dozen chicken pieces flung on top nothing else used to have some green spring onions in it curry was nice but not a lot of beef in it mostly sauce & wasn't very hot sorry I usually love this place. myself and my husband have been loyal customers of the victorious inn for 20+ years and tonight's delivery is by far the worst. The pancake rolls we got were smaller with only bean sprouts and chicken in them - chicken? Where was the ham and prawns etc. The beef chow main has a watery gravy unlike the thick tasty gravy that it used to be, it smells awful due to the container it is now sent in. The curry had no flavour to it whatsoever and the noodles to accompany it were dry. While we are grateful that you are refunding the food due to the poor standard we would have preferred that the food was served the way it always has and the chef 'trying out different things' is clearly not working! Please can you revert back to making the food the way it always has been other wise the move of location is pointless as you will not be open for long.
