Ordered take away for our anniversary. 2.5 hours later and over 6 calls to the restaurant and being told it was on its way - the slop arrived stone cold and covered in oil - Restaurant denied that it was cold. Couldn’t eat it - anniversary ruined! Price per person: £60–70 Food: 1 Service: 1

First time using The Vindaloo, which is literally on our doorstep. Absolutely bloody gorgeous food. We just had the tandoori mixed karahi, chicken passanda and chicken masala. Also, sag paneer, bombay potato, onion bhajee, garlic naan and keema naan. Everything was perfect, freshly prepared, great tasting food and generous portions. Staff are great, friendly with some good banter thrown in. Looking forward to next time! Our now new local favourite Indian. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
