Lovely place, incredible cakes etc. Prices are really expensive at around £5 for a piece of cake but the thing that needs sorting is the queuing system. It doesn't work with kids, elderly or disabled as we waited for 30 minutes to get through the queue today. Apparently there was one person taking food orders as part of the queue whilst there was loads of lovely food that was ready to go. They need a separate queue for hot food orders as it just didn't work. By the time we got our food the kids were totally done with waiting. Next time we'll just bring a picnic.

They need to add some better vegan options to the menu. Not asking for much just more than chip butty or plain jacket potatoes with cheese. Keep some sausages or veggie burgers in the freezer. Had to walk out and go elsewhere. It's the same across the whole of the garden centre
