I ordered the Mix Shawarma Platter today, and honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Everything was fresh, delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portion was generous, and the overall quality was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended! I recently visited Wanas Shawarma with a friend. After we finished eating, we noticed multiple bugs/flies around our table. One of the bugs actually ended up inside my friend’s yogurt drink, which was very concerning. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, the cashier was very polite, respectful, and tried to help. Unfortunately, another employee (a tall blond gentleman with glasses) handled the situation very poorly. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, he questioned us about how the bug got into the drink, laughed during the conversation, and walked away while we were still speaking to him. His attitude made the situation much worse. I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but customer service and professionalism matter. Finding a bug in a drink is already unacceptable, and being treated dismissively afterward was disappointing. I hope the owner sees this review and addresses both the cleanliness concerns and the way customers are treated when they raise legitimate issues. The cashier was excellent, but the other employee’s behavior was not professional at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
