Had some great fish and chips for lunch. Portions were perfect. Taste of the cod was amazing. Perfect batter. Chips were cooked wonderfully. Great staff serving us. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beware when ordering take out. Ordered via phone for pickup at a specific time, an hour prior without any warning or indication that there would be an issue with the timing. Part of the order was for the gluten free burger and fries. The menu stated that it came with lettuce and tomato. When I arrived at the requested time, the server told me that it was going to take awhile for my meal to be ready because they had become busy. A situation that can happen on a Friday evening on a nice day. I said that it was fine and patiently waited for my food. After waiting an extra 20-30 minutes my food arrived. I took my food home excitedly. When I arrived home the gluten free burger did not have anything on top of the burger. No lettuce, no tomato, absolutely nothing. Luckily I brought it home where I have condiments to add to the burger. I called to make a complaint and was advised that the gluten free burger comes without toppings unless specified, something that was not made apparent at the time of ordering. It also said on the menu that the gluten free burger came with lettuce and tomato. The offer to make another burger was made. Which was appreciated but, I just wanted to let them know I wasn't satisfied with my experience and if there are no toppings included that it shouldn't be stated on the menu and should be mentioned when ordering. The staff asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. When I said that I would, I was then hung up on. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
